# Calendly

## Overview

Connect your ElevenLabs AI agents with Calendly to manage scheduling and calendar automation. This integration enables your agents to check availability, book meetings, list scheduled events, and cancel appointments through natural conversation.

## Capabilities

| Capability                | Support                                    |
| ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Zero retention mode (ZRM) | Not supported                              |
| Attachments in tools      | Not supported — tools operate on text only |

## Setup

This integration uses a **Calendly Personal Access Token** for authentication.

In your [Calendly](https://calendly.com/) dashboard, go to **Integrations & Apps > API and Webhooks**. You can also navigate directly to [calendly.com/integrations/api\_webhooks](https://calendly.com/integrations/api_webhooks).

:::step{title="Generate a token"}
Under **Personal Access Tokens**, click **Get a token now** (or **Create a token** if you already have one). Give it a descriptive name and click **Create Token**.

Copy the token immediately — Calendly only displays it once. If you lose it, you will need to revoke and regenerate.

In the ElevenLabs integration setup, paste your personal access token in the **Access Token** field.
