# How do I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, this won’t take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. At this point, your account will be transferred onto our free plan, and you will lose any unused credits on your account. Here’s how to cancel your subscription:

Log in to your account at [https://elevenlabs.io](https://elevenlabs.io/).

Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the website to open your account menu, then select **Subscription**.

Click **Billing**.
:::

In the **Modify Plan** section, select **Cancel Plan**, then **Proceed**.

In the next step, select **Cancel Subscription** to confirm.

You’ll see confirmation that your cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle.

At any time before the end of your billing cycle, you can click **Resume subscription** to cancel the cancellation request.

Your browser can sometimes block popups from appearing or a button from working. If this happens, try using a different browser. The browsers that generally work best are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
