# Can I change my account from Google Sign-in to email and password?

If you signed up using Google Sign-in, it can’t be removed, and you won’t be able to change the email address linked to your account.

You can add a password and log in using your email and password, but your account will still be linked to Google Sign-in.

To do this, select **Forgot password** on the login page and follow the steps to set a password.

This doesn’t remove Google Sign-in or change how your account is linked. The original authentication method stays in place.

**If you delete your account, you won’t be able to reuse the same email address to sign up again.**
