# How can I delete my account?

Log in to your account at [https://elevenlabs.io.](https://elevenlabs.io/)

Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the website to open your account menu.

Select **Settings.**
:::

Click the red **Delete Account** button. You may need to scroll down to see this option.

Confirm the request by entering the email address for your account and clicking **Delete Account.**

Please note that you will not be able to delete your account if you have an outstanding payment.

Once your account is deleted, the associated data will be deleted in accordance with our [Terms of Service](https://elevenlabs.io/terms-of-use) and [Privacy Policy](https://elevenlabs.io/privacy-policy)_._

Deleting your account is permanent and you will not be able to use the same email address again.
