# Can I add users to my account?

Yes, every ElevenLabs workspace can have multiple members. Workspaces use a seat-based model. Every member in a workspace occupies one seat, and the seat type they hold determines what they can access and how credits are consumed.

The number and type of seat depends on your subscription:

| Enterprise        | 11 (negotiable)     | 1,000                |

All seats draw from the shared credit balance for the workspace. Full Seats provide full access to all ElevenLabs products and features within a workspace, while Basic Seats have full access to ElevenAgents and ElevenAPI, and can use up to 50,000 credits on ElevenCreative each billing cycle ($5 usage per month for Enterprise customers).

Workspace admins on Pro, Scale, and Business plans can purchase additional Full Seats from Workspace Settings, up to a maximum of 11 Full Seats per workspace. Enterprise Full Seat counts are defined in your contract and are not limited by this cap. For details, see [Members](/guides/overview-administration-workspaces-members#additional-full-seats).

Every user in a workspace draws from the same shared credit pool — Basic Seat users do not receive their own credit allocation. The 50,000 credit figure is a per-user ceiling on how much of that shared pool each Basic Seat user can consume through ElevenCreative in a billing period. It is not additional capacity added on top of your plan.
