# Do you restrict access to the service and platform for any specific countries?

We are required to restrict access from the following countries:

- Belarus
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- Crimea, and the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine

If you are connecting from one of these sanctioned countries, your access to our service will be blocked.

Some servers may be impacted by this block even if they are not physically located in one of the affected regions, as our cloud provider might flag them as associated with one of these countries. We recommend obtaining a new IP address if possible.
