# How do I redeem an ElevenReader discount code if I’m already subscribed to Ultra?

If you’ve received a discount code, you can enter it when purchasing an Ultra plan via the web: https://elevenreader.io/pricing

If you’re currently subscribed to Ultra through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll first need to cancel that subscription from those stores on your device before switching to a web subscription with a discount added. Unfortunately, Apple and Google don’t support overlapping subscriptions or applying discounts to a current subscription. Once your current subscription has ended, you can purchase an Ultra plan via the web and apply your discount code at checkout.
