# How do I troubleshoot my ElevenReader Ultra promotion activation or redemption?

ElevenReader Ultra is available through promotional partnerships with a range of partners, including telecom providers, banks, and others.

To redeem your offer:

Use the direct link provided within your partner’s app or loyalty program.

Ensure you do not have an active ElevenReader Ultra subscription, if you do, you will need to wait until it expires before redeeming a promotional subscription.

If the partner’s app crashes or the connection is lost during sign-up, return to the partner’s app or loyalty program and try again.

If the page keeps loading or displays a blank screen, clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or the app’s cache, and try again. Also disable any active VPN, as VPNs can interfere with location-based voucher verification and cause failures. If the issue is with the partner’s app itself, contact their support team directly.
