# Integrations

Integrations extend what your receptionist can do by connecting it to external services.

## Available integrations

| Integration         | Status    | What it does                                                      |
| ------------------- | --------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Google Calendar** | Available | Syncs staff calendars for real-time availability                  |
| **Zapier**          | Available | Connects your receptionist to 5,000+ apps via Zapier’s MCP server |
| **Webhooks**        | Available | Custom HTTP tools your receptionist can call during conversations |
| **MCP Server**      | Available | Connect custom tool servers for advanced integrations             |

## Integration scope

Each integration can be assigned to your customer-facing receptionist, your business assistant, or both. This lets you keep customer-facing tools separate from internal management tools.

## Tier requirements

Some integrations are only available on higher-tier plans:

| Plan    | Access                                 |
| ------- | -------------------------------------- |
| Trial   | All integrations (during trial period) |
| Basic   | Google Calendar only                   |
| Plus    | All available integrations             |
| Premium | All available integrations             |
