Get Asset

GET https://api.elevenlabs.io/v1/assets/

Retrieve a single asset by ID.

  • asset_id (string, required) — ID of the asset.

Successful Response

  • asset_id (string, required) — Unique identifier for the asset.
  • name (string, required) — Display name of the asset.
  • mime_type (string, required) — MIME type of the uploaded file (e.g. audio/mpeg).
  • created_at_unix (integer, required) — Unix timestamp (seconds) the asset was created.
  • content_url (string, required, nullable) — Signed URL to fetch the asset's content. May be null if the asset has not finished processing. Do not rely on it being valid for more than 1 hour; fetch the asset again for a fresh URL.
