If you previously used GitHub or Facebook to sign in, you’ll need to switch to email and password, or - if your account uses a Gmail address - you can use Google SSO. GitHub and Facebook sign-in options no longer appear on the sign-in page but you can still update your sign-in method at any time.
Switch to email and password
Enter your ElevenLabs account email address
Click Forgot password
Use the Change password button in the email we send you
You’ll now be able to sign in with your email and password
Switch to Google SSO
Click Sign in with Google
Select the Google account you want to link
Confirm that you want to proceed
You’ll now be able to sign in using Sign in with Google
Note: If you use Google SSO, you won’t be able to change the email address linked to your account in the future.
