What are Basic Seats?

Basic Seats are designed for workspace members who primarily use ElevenLabs Agents or the ElevenAPI, with limited access to ElevenCreative.

Basic Seat users have access to core functionality, and limited access to ElevenCreative.

They can:

• Use ElevenAgents with no individual usage ceiling
• Use ElevenAPI with no individual usage ceiling
• View all shared workspace assets, including voices, projects, files, and agents
• Generate ElevenCreative content, up to a 50,000 credit monthly limit. or $5 for Enterprise customers

Even after reaching the ElevenCreative limit, users retain full access to browse assets and continue using ElevenAgents and ElevenAPI.
