Connect your ElevenLabs agents with Calendly scheduling

Connect your ElevenLabs AI agents with Calendly to manage scheduling and calendar automation. This integration enables your agents to check availability, book meetings, list scheduled events, and cancel appointments through natural conversation.

Setup

This integration uses a Calendly Personal Access Token for authentication.

  1. Navigate to API settings

    In your Calendly dashboard, go to Integrations & Apps > API and Webhooks. You can also navigate directly to calendly.com/integrations/api_webhooks.

  2. Generate a token

    Under Personal Access Tokens, click Get a token now (or Create a token if you already have one). Give it a descriptive name and click Create Token.

  3. Copy the token

    Copy the token immediately — Calendly only displays it once. If you lose it, you will need to revoke and regenerate.

  4. Connect in ElevenLabs

    In the ElevenLabs integration setup, paste your personal access token in the Access Token field.
